Lucid Arc Advisors is an independent HR technology advisory practice built on 20+ years of hands-on consulting and implementation experience. We bring deep Workday expertise alongside broad knowledge of the HR technology landscape, from HCM and integrations to talent, learning, and workforce analytics.

We're independent by design: no resale incentives, no platform lock-in, and no body-shop dynamics. The result is a true partner: one who speaks the language of technology and the language of business in equal measure, translates complexity into clear decisions, and puts the client's interests first, every time.

With over 20 years on both sides of the table: first as a practitioner at one of the world's largest Workday implementation partners, where more than a decade of enterprise deployments built deep, hands-on platform expertise across the full implementation lifecycle; then on the client side, building HR technology teams and the processes, governance, and long-term roadmaps that turn technology investments into measurable, lasting business value, we bring a strong and robust background that few advisory practices can match.

Lucid Arc Advisors launched in January 2025 and is actively delivering full-lifecycle implementations, intelligent automation, and cloud data solutions for clients across North America.
